Q: What is infrared?

A: Infrared is a science-backed light therapy that raises your body’s core temperature by 3 degrees. This has been proven to activate many health benefits ranging from reducing aches and inflammation, regulating blood pressure, lowering your risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia, weight loss, boosting your immune system, skin health, and aiding in stress relief and better sleep!

Q: What do I wear?

A: We recommend wearing loose, breathable clothing, or you may undress into a towel provided by us, or you may bring your own towel(s) to use.

Q: What do I bring with me?

A: We provide everything you need from towels to makeup wipes to sanitizer! You are welcome to bring a water bottle to fill up with our free, filtered water here, or use cups we provide.

Q: Can I bring my phone/smart watch into the sauna?

A: Many of our members take their cell phones, Ipads and smart watches inside the sauna with them without any problems; but, you do this at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage or destruction of any electronics taken inside a sauna.

Q: Are the saunas and facials safe for pregnant women?

A: We don’t recommend the sauna sessions if you are pregnant, but the LED facials are completely safe!

Q: How long are the sauna sessions?

A: Infrared sauna sessions are 30 minutes. For just an additional $10, you arewelcome to take an hour session as well!

Q: What can I expect when I visit?

A: After checking in, you will be guided to your own private sauna room where you will be able to customize your lighting, sauna temperature (ranging from 135-149 degrees), and the option to connect your phone to play the music of your choosing. You will also be given an ice-cold towel infused with eucalyptus oil to help cool you down and relax even more!

Q: Can I bring my friend in the sauna with me?

A: Yes! Our sauna cabinets can comfortably fit two people.

Q: What are the facials?

A: Our LightStim facials use LED light therapy that is not UV. It is a gentle, therapeutic light energy that enhances your skin each 20 minute session.

We offer two different kinds of facials: Anti-aging and Acne Reduction.

The anti-aging facial helps diminish fine lines and wrinkles, balances skin tone and texture, calms redness, and promotes a glowing, healthy complexion.

The acne reduction facial Is a blue light that destroys acne-causing bacteria, minimizes breakouts, and helps fade acne scarring.

Q: How many locations are there?

A: We currently have two locations in Texas! One in Glade Parks, Euless, and the other in Alliance Town Centre, Fort Worth

Q: Can I bring my kids with me?

A: Only if each child has his/her own membership. The saunas are approved for children 6 to 16 with the child using the same sauna as the parent and under the parent’s constant supervision. 17 and older can use their own sauna if preferred.

You may not bring children who do not have their own membership and leave them sitting in the waiting room or in the private room containing the sauna unit.

Q: Can I bring my pet or service animal with me?

A: No, animals are not allowed in our clinics

Q: Do your saunas produce Far Infrared Light (FIR) or Near Infrared Light?

A: FIR (Far Infrared wavelength light energy). Our saunas provide the correct wavelength that is medically proven to be safe and to maximize the range ofbenefits. There is no medical research that suggests a benefit can be derived from exposure to Near Infrared or Mid-Infrared light in a sauna setting. To generate any benefit from Near Infrared light the light generatorsmust be extremely close to your skin and it is impossible to get that close to the generators in a sauna setting.

Q: Can my husband or family get a discount if I’m a member?

A: We offer a Family (and significant other) plan for that! The first family member pays full rate and the next would get a 30% discount, followed by 10% discount for each family member after that. Proof of same residence is required.

Q: Can my husband or family member use my membership credits?

A: No, each plan is exclusive to member.

Q: Will the infrared light hurt my skin?

A: Our infrared light wavelength is medically proven to be 100% safe! If you have a specific skin condition you are worried about, we recommend consulting with your doctor!

Q: Can the infrared light give me a tan too?

A: Our FIR infrared light does not have UV light or any tanning technology.

Q: Does the sauna help with wrinkles?

A: Yes! Infrared light increases the collagen and elastin production in the skin and can help overtime with wrinkles and fine lines. For more concentrated help with wrinkles, we recommend our anti-aging LED facials!

Q: How often can I come?

A: You can do one session every single day! We have various plan options for however often you would like to come.

Q: Can more than one person fit in a sauna?

A: Yes, each sauna can hold up to 3 individuals. If more than one person is in a sauna cabin, each individual will be charged for a session either by usage of a Member’s credits (if already a Member) or by purchase of a singlesession, package or a Membership purchase by/for each individual.

Q: How does your Membership cancellation policy work?

A: Your monthly cycle starts on the day you buy your membership. Your credit card will be automatically charged on the first day of each succeeding monthly cycle. All Memberships work this way except The Unlimited Plan. This plan is a 14 day cycle with auto renewal at the beginning of each 14 dayperiod. For any Plan you may cancel at anytime; but, you must cancel or in writing at your home clinic or via email from the email address that we have on file for you (if you use email, this email must be confirmed via return email from one of our associates to be valid). Your cancellation is effective atthe end of your current cycle IF you provide valid notice at least 15 days prior to the last day of your current cycle. If you miss this 15 day notice period, then your card is charged for the next cycle and cancellation occurs at the end of that cycle. Of course, you may continue to use any unused credits until your effective cancellation date.

Q: Can I downgrade among Memberships after I have joined?

A: Yes, you may downgrade your Membership to a lower Tier. To do this, you must provide notice 2 days prior to the next cycle renewal date, so we have time to change the credit card charge amount. If you miss this notice period, the downgrade will occur at the next cycle renewal date.

Q: How long do I have to use a Package if I buy that?

A: Packages expire 90 days after purchase.

Q: Do unused Membership Plan credits roll over to the next cycle or into the future?

A: No
